Abstract

Mn(ii), Co(ii), and Ni(ii) morpholine and 2,2′-bipyridine complexes gave potent DNA cleavage, antimicrobial and antioxidant activity. Calculations support the results, with the Co and Ni complexes showing better anticancer efficacy than cisplatin.
