Abstract

The Pt2SnCu–O-A/C with surface Pt defects and SnO2 exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activities for ethanol oxidation in comparison to commercial catalysts. The synthesis method may provide new opportunities to fabricate hybrid nanostructures with interesting physicochemical properties.
