Abstract

The use of a Zn(O,S)/CdS bilayer ETL was demonstrated successfully in highly efficient (9.62%) Sb₂(S,Se)₃ solar cells, addressing environmental concerns and photocurrent loss with significantly reduced usage of CdS.
