Chiral Au(iii) chelates exhibit unique NCI-60 cytotoxicity profiles and interactions with human serum albumin

Abstract

The cytotoxicity profiles of two Au(iii) chelate enantiomers were established in NCI-60 screens. Together with their differential binding to HSA, the 1S,2S enantiomer exhibits a more active molecular biology profile than the 1R,2R enantiomer.
