Abstract
Based on aminated β-cyclodextrin (6-NH2-β-CD)-grafted Fe3O4 and gambogic acid clathrate complexes, a nanoparticle delivery system was developed with the aim of achieving low irritation, strong targeting and high bioavailability of a gambogic acid magnetic nanopreparation.
