Abstract
An on-line LC-LC-DAD-ESI-MS method was established for quantitation of C-glycosylflavones in fenugreek seeds. Anti-Helicobacter pylori activity of standardized 70% methanol extract from fenugreek seeds and vitexin has been demonstrated.
