Abstract

Au25 nanoclusters as a self-therapeutic nanodrug significantly modulated macrophage polarization from M1 to M2 and could act as an inhibitor of thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), which induced ROS-mediated FLS apoptosis by breaking redox homeostasis.
