Abstract
An efficient TfOH- or AuCl-catalyzed cycloisomerization reaction of easily availablen-perfluoroalkyl 1,2-allenyl ketones occurring smoothly to form 2-perfluoroalkyl furans or 2-furyl perfluoroalkyl ketones has been reported.
