Abstract

Single crystal TiO₂ nanocrystals were assembled into different TiO₂ micro/nanoarchitectures. Various characterizations are conducted to understand the correlation between particle morphology, crystallinity, surface energy and anisotropic crystal growth of the nanocrystals.
