Practical use of the multilevel planning model as a method of managing the life cycle of a construction project

Abstract

The article raises the problem of the necessity of systematization and practical use of multilevel planning model as a method of construction project life cycle management. The general approach to the formation of the model is defined, the levels of the model, the main stakeholders, and the ways of decomposition and integration of plans of different levels are identified, and a template for the practical use of the multilevel model is developed. The resulting model is a template of three levels of planning and several interrelated projects carried out in Primavera P6 Professional. The used model allows unifying the planning process and reducing the number of scheduling schedules. The template solution reduces the number of communication links between stakeholders involved in project management processes and improves the efficiency of management decision-making
