3. JMP (SAS Institute, Inc.) was used to create all DoE models. Version 11.1.1 was used for all outputs. Models were refined and optimized using a Standard Least Squares approach, to eliminate terms that did not contribute significantly to the model (p> 0.05, starting with the highest values) or using a Stepwise approach, with the same criterion.
