Relationship of the Life Experiences Survey to Internal/External Control, Social Desirability, and Work-Related Satisfaction

Abstract

The Life Experiences Survey was investigated for possible contamination with internal-external control, social desirability, and affect toward work-related facets of life, and independence of three of its possible subscales. There appears to be relatively little contamination of the scale, although there is some problem with the independence of some of the subscales.
