Abstract
AbstractThe hospital admitted a 3‐day‐old female infant presenting with persistent facial cyanosis and hypoxic symptoms, and echocardiography revealed a congenitally unguarded tricuspid valve orifice with an atrial septal defect. After being followed up until the age of one and a half years, the child underwent bidirectional Glenn's surgery and achieved successful survival.
