Abstract

AbstractStraightforward and general Passerini and Ugi procedures have been developed to incorporate four‐membered heterocycles into highly functionalized scaffolds. Additionally, toslymethyl isocyanide (TosMIC)‐derived Ugi adducts have been prepared, showcasing the prospect of the multicomponent reaction.
