Abstract
In this study, an empirical analysis was conducted to present the concept of job embeddedness called integrated zero power to reduce the turnover of hair care service workers and to find out the effect on turnover intention. The survey subjects are currently employees of hair care service companies, and an online survey was conducted from April 15, 2024 to April 30, 2024 to analyze the final 280 copies. As a result of the analysis, the sub-factors of job embeddedness within the organization, suitability, connection, and sacrifice were derived for job embeddedness recognized by hair care service workers, and suitability and sacrifice were derived for the sub-factors of job embeddedness outside the organization. The effect of job embeddedness within the organization on turnover intention is a factor that negatively affects turnover intention from suitability and sacrifice, and the higher the awareness of stability and benefits within the organization, the lower the turnover intention. The effect of extra-organizational job embeddedness on turnover intention is a factor that negatively affects turnover intention from suitability to turnover intention, and the more stable the residential condition is, the lower the turnover intention. In this study, a study on ways to manage turnover in the beauty industry confirmed the effective results of job embeddedness management to lower turnover intention.
