Dysfunction at the level of macro and micro management of socio-economic systems

Abstract

The article presented on the basis of the report at the Lviv readings in 2019 at the State University of Management reveals the contribution of the Russian economic school in the field of creating the theory of dysfunction as a theoretical direction that studies the effect of institutional effects on economic development. Methods for measuring dysfunctions are proposed and generalized, an analysis of macrocontrol functions and their failure is given. The interaction of agents is considered using the example of the Ronald Coase problem and the necessity of correcting the famous theorem is shown.
