Abstract
The issues arising in the economy of an economic entity under the conditions of sanctions imposed by foreign states following the coronavirus epidemic are considered. The possibilities of maintaining business in the conditions of severing ties with suppliers of components, reducing the usual sources of financing of planned activities are analyzed. Such a way of overcoming financial difficulties at the first steps of the activity and during its serious reorganization as the lease of fixed assets is characterized. The issues of classification of lease types, the order of its accounting and presentation in accounting (financial) statements in connection with the release of new accounting standards are investigated. The introduced standards are aimed at a clearer approach to the assessment and presentation of lease information from the participating parties, which creates an opportunity for reporting users to more accurately assess the financial condition of business partners and prospects for its strengthening.
