Analysis of the problems of online training in rhythmic gymnastics

Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of negative and positive aspects in the organisation of online training of young athletes in rhythmic gymnastics. The paper identifies important problems that arise in the process of building online training for gymnasts aged 8-12 years, namely: reduced ability to control the performance of exercises by gymnasts (noted by 86% of respondents), limited possibilities of premises for performing exercises with an object (noted by 80% of respondents); space and conditions for conducting classes (noted by 86% of respondents); increase in injury factors (noted by 50% of respondents), communication problems - qualitative feedback from athletes (noted by 40% of respondents), lack of methodological recommendations (noted by 40% of respondents). The article highlights the positive aspects that arise in the process of online training in rhythmic gymnastics: the possibility of social adaptation of the child, conducting classes in safe conditions for the child, the ability to work under quarantine restrictions, the opportunity to get acquainted with the training methods of different coaches, the ability to continue the training process during school holidays or trips, saving travel time, more attention from the coach.
