Abstract
A 300 m path difference has been attained in a white light interference experiment aimed to show the spectral modulation as a function of the path difference. This has been made possible by placing the optical components of the interferometer on two independent tables. The inconveniences related to such an interferometer are analyzed as well as the results expected with such a system.
