Abstract
Two novel lignans, kadsulignan A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the seeds of Kadsuracoccinea. Their structures were elucidated by 2D1H–13C COSY, 2D1H–13C long-range COSY experiments, and chemical transformation to a known compound (5) using AlCl2H.
