Preparation and characterization of graded-index antireflection coatings with a high laser-induced damage threshold

Abstract

The graded-index antireflection coatings were designed by using a hybrid graded-index method and were prepared by using Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition techniques, showing good characteristics of transmittance and laser damage resistance.
