Abstract
Toyota Motor Corporation has unveiled plans for two major new facilities in Aichi Prefecture, Japan to accelerate its production of fuel cell electric vehicles. A newly constructed building at the Honsha Plant in Toyota City will house PEM fuel cell stack production, while the Shimoyama Plant (No. 3) in neighbouring Miyoshi City will add a new line dedicated to mass production of high-pressure hydrogen storage tanks.
