Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of working life quality on organizational spirituality in health workers. When we look at the literature, there is no other study that deals with these two variables together. This situation reveals the importance of the subject.
The research was carried out with 402 healthcare professionals in a medical faculty hospital in Konya, Turkey. In the study, it was collected with the work life quality scale and aid. Simple random sampling was used in the study. SPSS program was used in data analysis.
As a result of the ANOVA analysis, no significant difference was found between age, institutional working years and educational status, and both working life quality and organizational spirituality. There was a significant difference between the tasks of the participants and the quality of work life. However, there was no significant difference with organizational spirituality. As a result of the t-test analysis, no significant difference was found between gender, quality of work life and organizational spirituality. On the contrary, a significant difference was found between marital status, quality of work life and organizational spirituality.
As a result, there is a high level, positive and significant relationship between the quality of work life and organizational spirituality. In addition, it has been found that the quality of work life of health workers has a great effect on organizational spirituality.
