Abstract
Co-creation of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship is a pro-active strategy that has been gaining importance in the academy and business worlds. In this context, this chapter aims to assess the impact of a co-creation process based on Demola methodology, organized by Polytechnic Institute of Tomar. The research methodology is based on a case study and the collection of information was done through documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews, and surveys. This study analyses the information about the challenges on the Demola programme, and the opinion of all involved in this co-creative process: facilitators, students, and partners. Indicators showed that the partner agrees that there is a greater propensity to develop new products and services when using this methodology. Students feel more empowered, but the exploration of innovative ideas does not necessarily mean the confidence to create their own job in the future. In general, the facilitators' overview is positive, but a high workload was mentioned to be the biggest challenge.
