Abstract
Human resources is an abundantly disregarded field by and large when contrasted with different business verticals; however, the right fit candidates are required for each business unit for better outcomes. Be that as it may, after the recession time frame of the latter half of first decade of the 21st century, the majority of the associations perceived the need of evidence-based human resource management. To come up with better decision making in the field of HR, evidence-based HRM driven by information and data should rehearse with analysis, making choices, and critical thinking.
