Abstract
The European Union Digital Education Action Plan addresses the imperative of digital citizenship in the landscape of post-pandemic education. This abstract highlights the plan's focus on equipping learners with the skills to navigate the digital sphere responsibly. Emphasizing digital literacy, online safety, and ethical behavior also the plan aims to foster critical engagement with safer technology by promoting inclusivity and equitable access, it seeks to empower individuals to thrive as responsible digital citizens in an interconnected world.
