Abstract
Hotels should collaborate with the right technology partner in order to identify gaps in their processes such as customer support, concierge bookings, and in-room technology that can be closed with the help of integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning. AI is doing great for big and established hotel industry brands while, due to the cost barriers, smaller brands in this industry receive less attention from AI. Whether it is the on-season, investing in cloud computing services to facilitate the functioning of the hospitality industry seems unfeasible for smaller organizations. If a hotel provides facilities of automation using AI and ML, then the hotel staff can invest time to focus the quality of service, furnishing full range of hotel facilities to their intended guests, which in-turn results in increased operational efficiency, which may help in remarkable growth by increasing the annual revenue of the organization. It is a good choice to add the latest trends in the processes used in the tourism and hotel industries.
