Abstract
This study examining the Role of Ethical Leadership as an Integral Driver of Achieving Organizational success within the Context of India, investigates the dynamic relationship between ethical leadership and Organizational Citizenship behaviour. Through comprehensive research and analysis, this study unveils the intricate interplay between ethical leadership practices and various dimensions of Organizational Citizenship behaviour. The empirical findings underscore the multifaceted impact of ethical leadership on cultivating a work environment conducive to innovation, adaptability, and overall effectiveness. By examining the nuanced connections within the Indian context, this study provides valuable insights for organizations striving to harness the power of ethical leadership to steer toward sustained success.
