Abstract
Value-driven (process) management is an established means of networked business operation. Value networks effectively represent value exchanges between stakeholders and the resulting business transactions. Holomaps as simple, but expressive value network representations form the core of the organizational development and transformation technique value network analysis (VNA). Knowledge generated throughout a VNA application is the baseline to specify business process models. Value exchanges among concerned stakeholders need to be transformed to communication and operational tasks. So far, this transformation has not been guided in a structured and thus effective way. The authors propose a respective tagging mechanism. It takes into account the structure of holomaps and semantic process design. By using a behavior specification technique for semantic process design, process models can be executed for validation purposes. Hence, prior to implementation, organizational practice cannot be expressed and experienced by concerned stakeholders as part of human-centered transformation processes.
