Abstract
This chapter examines how alliances between educators, specialists, and community organizations enhance learning and access for all students. Referencing seminal works by Bentley-Williams et al. (2017) and Hoppey & Mickelson (2017), it highlights the partnerships' role in equipping educators with necessary skills and inclusive pedagogical strategies. Additionally, the chapter discusses how such collaborations encourage social inclusion and empathy, and strengthen the academic framework, supported by Muniroh et al. (2017). It further reviews models like co-teaching and consultative approaches, emphasizing their benefits in improving peer acceptance and reducing bullying. The chapter also considers the impact of university-school partnerships on theoretical and practical aspects of inclusive education, as demonstrated by Ruppar et al. (2018), advocating for structured collaborative efforts that align with modern educational needs.
