Abstract
The aim of this study is to discuss digital human resources management elements and strategies in a social and economic environment expressed by concepts such as Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. This study includes a detailed literature review on digital transformation technologies in human resources management and digital human resources management strategies. As a result of a detailed literature review, it is understood that new generation digital technologies such as the internet of things, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, robotics, and big data cause radical changes in the field of human resources management, just like in other areas of the business. It is understood that with the strategies developed in the field of human resources, it is possible to benefit from the constructive effects of these technologies by protecting them from their destructive effects. This study offers a holistic perspective with a detailed examination of the studies on digital transformation and digital strategy in human resources management, especially in the last 10 years.
