Abstract
The rise of digital banking is transforming the financial landscape, challenging regional banks to adapt to changing consumer preferences and technological advancements. This chapter explores the role of leadership in guiding regional banks through the complexities of digital transformation, focusing on two key leadership theories: transformational leadership and ambidextrous leadership. The transition to digital banking presents both opportunities and challenges for regional banks.
