Abstract

This research proposes a model that shows the impact of blockchain technology on supply chain operational performance and has a significant influence by the help of environmental orientation as a mediator and technological orientation as a moderator. The approach used in this research is quantitative and used to support the theoretical model with the help of online survey. The results of all the items used in the questionnaire are analyzed with the SPSS methodology. The results drawn from 250 respondents present that blockchain technology influences the supply chain operational performance significantly having environmental orientation as a mediator and technological orientation as a moderator. Furthermore, the research implies that the textile manufacturing sector for Pakistan can make use of the organizations by the analysts by considering the block chain technology that are joint to obtain the affective outputs.
