Abstract
In the context of Zillennials—those born in the late 1990s and early 2010s—this study investigates the phenomena of bleisure tourism, which combines leisure travel with business travel. The study explores the socio-economic aspects influencing the travel activities of Zillennials and looks into the causes and origins of this trend. Since technological improvements have made remote employment and flexible scheduling possible, Zillennials are trying to balance work and play. The appeal of bleisure travel among this group is driven by the need for work-life balance, cultural immersion, and experience travel. By illuminating the preferences, attitudes, and decision-making processes of Zillennial bleisure travelers, this study seeks to throw light on their motives and actions. Businesses in the travel sector must comprehend how business and leisure intersect in the context of bleisure tourism in order to customize services that meet the specific requirements and preferences of this growing market.
