Abstract
This study explores the online furniture purchasing preferences of young adults, highlighting their increasing reliance on e-commerce due to convenience and access to a wide product range. Key findings indicate that tables, coffee tables, chairs, and armchairs are the most popular categories purchased online, while items like beds and sofas are less favoured due to the need for physical inspection. Trust in the brand and after-sales service significantly influence purchasing decisions. The results suggest that furniture retailers should focus on building a strong online presence, offering flexible financing, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
