Abstract
This article mostly emphasize on the study and characterization of CMOS differential ring voltage control oscillator (DRVCO). There are numerous DRVCO with various kinds of delay cells which are associated with the parameters like oscillation frequency, wide tuning range, power utilization & area for the applications like wireless and communications systems. These results shows less phase noise and extensive tuning range can be accomplished by the dual control voltages across the delay stages. This article helps the designers to choose the suitable DVCRO for their definite applications.
