Como consecuencia, los ordenamientos jurídicos no están exceptuados de talescambios y precisan ser estudiados a la luz del derecho digital. Al mismo tiempo, las profesiones jurídicas requieren que las funciones tradicionales se ajusten a las circunstancias actuales para dar soluciones adecuadas, sin que la seguridad jurídica y la justicia se vean afectadas. Ante esta realidad, en la primera parte de este trabajo se expondrá un sintético análisis de la teoría documental y de los conceptos e implicancias de los instrumentos y firma digitales y electrónicos. En la segunda parte, se estudiará la reglamentación adoptada por el Colegio de Escribanos de Córdoba respecto de la expedición del Testimonio Notarial Digital y de las Certificaciones de Firmas y de Copias Digitales. ABSTRACTThe evolution of technological developments has generated the digitization of the information. As a consequence, legal systems are not exempt from such changes and need to be studied in the light of the digital law. At the same time, the legal professions require traditional functions to be adjusted to current circumstances in order to provide adequate solutions, without affecting legal certainty and justice. Faced with this reality, the first part of this work will present a synthetic analysis of documentary theory and the concepts and implications of digital and electronic instruments and signatures. In the second part, you will find regulations adopted by the College of Notaries of Córdoba concerning the Digital Notarial Testimony and the Certifications of Signatures and Digital Copies.
