Abstract
AbstractA case of tuberculous lymphadenitis with a nasopharyngeal tuberculoma is presented where a novel use of the flexible nasendoscope to provide a diagnostic aspiration biopsy avoided an examination and biopsy under general anaesthesia. The use of this approach is discussed.
