Abstract
AbstractThe diagnosis of parotid gland involvement with tuberculosis has traditionally been made after superficial parotidectomy. We present four cases that suggest that fine needle aspiration cytology followed by antituberculous therapy can avoid the need for surgery in this uncommon condition.
