Abstract

SUMMARYEimeria maxima (Weybridge) and E. maxima (indentata) were distinguished by the electrophoretic mobility of phosphoglucomutase. This enzyme was used as a marker to detect the transfer of methyl benzoquate resistance between resistant and sensitive lines of these parasites.
