The research of the analysis of the results of rehabilitation treatment for 125 patients who suffered from ischemic stroke was evaluated by clinical parameters at 1 day and 21 days after treatment.During the treatment, there was a significant (p<0.05) positive dynamics of the subjective state of patients: they complained about the headache of 18 patients (14.4%), dizziness – 38 patients (29.6%), head noise, ears – 57 patients (46,4%), with sleep disorders – 8 patients (6,4%). We received a significant (p <0,05) decrease in the severity of the neurological deficiency (11,50±0,36); Self-service indicators according to the Bartel index (84.2 ±4.3); Indicators of the level of de- pression on the Hamilton scale (14,81±1,05), indica- tors of evaluation of cognitive dysfunction by break- down with 10 words (74,8±4,23). Significant positive changes (p <0,05) occurred in the psycho-emotional sphere: decreased affectivity, improved mood, memory, thinking, normalized sleep, reduced general weakness, and motivation for recovery. It is proved that an effective measure of complications of ischemic stroke is the correction by means of complex treat- ment (medical and medical methods) and the revealed factors of the risk of disease development. Application of ozonotherapy in combination with reflexotherapy (acupuncture), as well as kinesitherapy and physi- otherapy showed a significant (p <0,05) high efficacy in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.
