Abstract

Abstract In addition to the current exercise of management functions, managers in any organization, must pursue a permanent adjustment of the management system at the new changes that have occurred, and that may be anticipated in the internal and external environment of the organization. This involves a number of activities of organization change management, components that can be included in what we call redesigning the organization management.
