Abstract
The article examines the essence of STEAM education and the role of information technology (IT) in it. It shares the implementation of STEAM approach in an information technology lesson. The analysis of the conducted survey among pedagogy students in IT on the applicability of STEAM learning in IT lessons and expected difficulties in the process is presented.
