张旭苹 教授,工学博士,博士生导师。 1983年、1986年和1995年分别获得东南大学电子工程工学学士、工学硕士和工学博士学位。1999年赴瑞士联邦苏黎世高等工业大学(ETH-Zurich)进行高访。2000年赴美国德洲大学奥斯汀分校(University of Texas at Austin)电子与计算机系进行博士后研究工作。2002年回国受聘于南京大学,创建了南京大学光通信工程研究中心及江苏省光通信系统与网络工程研究中心。现为南京大学工程管理学院副院长,江苏省光通信系统与网络中心主任,南京大学光通信工程研究中心主任,南京大学光学工程和信息工程学科带头人,国务院政府特殊津贴专家,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”首批中青年科技领军人才。中国光学学会理事、光电技术专业委员会副主任委员、光学教育专业委员会常务委员、中国仪器仪表学会光机电技术与系统集成分会常务理事、“江苏省侨界专业人士联合会”理事会副会长。"Optics Letters"、“IEEE Photonics Technology Letter”、“Applied Optics”, “Optics Express”, “Opt.
