Abstract

The article discusses the results of research in the field of rehabilitation of postoperative patients with developmental anomalies of the dentition and deformities. The study was carried out on the basis of the Osh Interregional Joint Clinical Hospital in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery. The study was conducted in 104 patients, of whom 42 were women and 62 were men. The study was carried out using the methods of stage-by-stage rehabilitation in the postoperative period, in addition to echo-osteometric examination of bone tissue. The model of postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lower and upper prognosis, which we used, including three stages, is based on the principle of creating optimal conditions for bone wound healing. As applied to patients with superior prognosis, it is achieved by the method of rigid fixation of osteotomized fragments using mini-plates and a bracket system with such an arrangement of fixing elements that form a quadrangular system of resistance forces that holds the displaced fragments in the achieved ratio.
