Abstract
In this paper, we propose one new genus with one new species from Hainan Province, namely, Neophlugiolopsis gen. nov. and N. longiprocera sp. nov. The differences between the new genus and allied genera in morphology are discussed, which can be distinguished by the shape of the posterior process of the tenth abdominal tergite and cerci in males. All specimens were deposited in Guangxi Normal University.
