Abstract
Amana yunjuensis is a newly discovered species from Mount Yunju, Jiangxi Province, China. It initiates growth in a different period than other species and has similarities to A. anhuiensis, both possessing two leaves and three bracts. However, A. yunjuensis is distinguished by its larger bulbs that are papery outside and glabrous inside. Additionally, the lower leaf of this species attains its broadest point two-thirds of the way from its base. The flowers of A. yunjuensis are typically solitary, occasionally in pairs, and have a non-oblique white stigma.
