Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in plasma endothelin, platelet granule membrane protein and anticoagulant protein. In addition, the mechanism of action between blood stasis syndrome of chronic renal failure (CRF) and granule membrane protein was analyzed, and the relationship between activation release detection technology and blood stasis syndrome was discussed. There were significant differences in endothelin (ET), granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140) and ceruloplasmin (CP) between the group with severe CRF and the group with mild CRF (P < 0.01). The blood stasis syndrome of CRF was positively correlated with ET and GMP-140 and negatively correlated with CP, which indicated that ET, GMP-140 and CP were some of the objective indexes for the diagnosis and treatment of CRF. Based on the theory of the treatment of CRF with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine at the molecular level, this paper provides a new basis for the treatment of CRF with blood stasis syndrome.
