Abstract
Synopsis The durability of cement sheets reinforced with fibrillated polypropylene networks is examined in terms of the effects upon the tensile stress–strain curve of three years of natural weathering or of a similar period of indoor storage. It is shown that three years of exposure has little effect upon the strengths of the networks, but that increases in the strength and elastic modulus of the matrix in the naturally weathered specimens alter some features of the stress–strain curve in comparison with similar material stored indoors.
