Abstract
This article describes an approach that integrates cultural analysis (content) and `good conversation' (process) in developing greater awareness of cultural diversity among students and managers. The article draws from the authors' experience teaching students and managers in the United States and Latin America. The objective of this approach is to develop a multicultural learning organization in workshops and courses, to benefit from the cultural diversity of contemporary organizations. Building on our previous work, we present a framework for the design of courses or workshops.
